No pets allowed. 6 min walk to ferry, restaurants, and market. A/C, too!

The Dwelling Place is set back off the main street offering a quiet retreat. Offering single level living, yet is far more spacious than a typical single story cottage. Large entry way, two proper bedrooms (queen and full bed), dining area, living room, sitting area (can be transformed for a working space), kitchen, and bathroom. This is the perfect home for a small group or family. There is a great covered front porch to enjoy the outside in the event of uncooperative weather. The spacious yard is flat and fully fenced - perfect for kids that like to move around and parents who want to relax. Sunday to Sunday rentals only through Labor Day, weekend rentals and Winter Rental available by inquiry through.
